Your Neighbor. Your Advocate. Your Attorney.
About the Attorney
Kollan R. Kolthoff, Founder
Kollan R. Kolthoff earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Iowa in 2017, majoring in Applied Sciences and Political Science, and went on to graduate from Drake University Law School in 2020.
Before founding Iowa River Legal, Kollan served as an Assistant County Attorney, gaining valuable courtroom and negotiation experience. His work as a prosecutor strengthened his belief that the law should empower, not intimidate — a belief that drives his commitment to serve rural Iowans with fairness, accessibility, and heart.
